Quality Policy
Idealsoles is dedicated to the design, development and production of decorative items, household items and footwear components, in cork agglomerate; we intend to acquire greater notoriety and begin to internationalize the company.
The company’s reorganization involves implementing a quality management system, with the scope mentioned above, and in relation to which point 8.5.1.f) is excluded, since at Idealsoles all process outputs can be monitored. This management system is based on an annual analysis of business risks and subsequent definition of a compatible strategy. The company’s reorganization gives priority to:
- Compliance with customer requirements, implicit, explicit and legal;
- Work under a self-control regime, with a final inspection, keeping records of these last inspection actions;
- Continuous improvement of customer and other interested party satisfaction with our products and services;
- Providing employees with the tools deemed necessary for them to perform increasingly effective work;
- Digitalization of company processes;
- Quantification of indicators that allow us to make decisions about the company’s different processes.
The continuous improvement of our quality management system, in order to maintain certification by a credible external entity, requires the collaboration of all stakeholders in IdealSoles’ activity (employees, managers, suppliers, customers, etc.). In this sense, we are committed to disseminating this quality policy internally and externally and to defining short-term objectives annually.
Every year we define general and strategic quality objectives, as well as targets for our quality indicators, which are also monitored annually.
